That is how it goes with Ritani Anadare, who recently launched a brand new collection devoted to engagement rings, a couple of which you can see to the right.

As you can see, these engagement rings prominently showcase a leitmotif of twists — that motif is very much on purpose. Some of the pieces are made of polished gold, or white gold as the case may be, and some of them are even made of diamonds. However, the makings of the twists are less important than the meaning behind them.

Tim Spanjer, speaking for Ritani, has been quoting as explaining the twists thusly: “The twist is the human genome, the double helix of DNA. It’s two hearts intertwining and becoming one.”

With a philosophy like that, what couple would not want to go with one of these stunning rings?

There is something so classic and so … right when it comes to jewelry and Tiffany’s.  Just like in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, there is no way that you can worry when you are in the store and if you are browsing the website on line, all of your thoughts simply disappear.  Tiffany’s has been around forever and there is just something ever-so-classic and amazing about seeing that blue little box anywhere.

Recently, I saw the new movie Bride Wars and well, there was a Tiffany box involved and I just thought that if you are on the receiving end of getting something from Tiffany’s you are definitely one lucky person.  If you are the one that is giving one of these special and beautiful jewelry pieces, then you are making someone so happy.

So here’s to you Tiffany’s!  We love you and never change your classic blue box … it wouldn’t be the same!
