  If there is one thing that I love and that I have seen at least three times since it came out, that is Alice in Wonderland and the fact that jewelers are actually taking the hint and they are coming up with designs based on this awesome movie is incredible.  This piece is just one of the many Alice in Wonderland inspired pieces that have come out since the movie has been released.

  Personally, I think that this one is actually extremely awesome trend that is catching on everywhere.  I have fallen in love with Alice in Wonderland over and over again since I saw the movie and I personally think that the jewelry is so tastefully done it is awesome.

  To find these pieces, all you really have to do is look for them online.  All of the jewelers are coming up with their own designs, you just have to find one that suits you!

• Fossil Is Going to the Bugs!

  For as long as most of us can remember, Fossil has been the place to turn to if you want a trendy and fashionable watch at a price that will not completely break your budget — and that is definitely still true today.

  Fossil certainly follows the hottest trends. For instance, these days, bugs are inexplicably in — not just butterflies, but flies and bees and any number of other insects as well.   When most of us think about luxury watches, Cartier is almost always going to be near the top of the list.  However, as with many luxury watch brands, Cartier also makes us think of elegance, refinement, and things of that nature.  Rarely do we see Cartier and think “trendy,” “funky,” or other such things like that.  Well, we may have made a mistake.  Below is the reason why:

  
  This is Cartier’s La Dona.  Ladies and gentlemen, your eyes are not playing tricks on you.  There is no need to adjust the color and contrast settings on your monitors.  That is a red watch — and, yes, it is a red watch made by Cartier.  Isn’t it fun just to look at it?

  With its alligator band, its yellow gold case, and silver dial, this watch can definitely be refined as trendy.  However, the design of those things, their juxtaposition, also screams elegance and sophistication, in a way that only Cartier can do.

  I read an interesting article the other day saying that watches were obsolete. With the popularity of high tech gadgets such as cell phones, iPods and the Blackberry, the article went on to say that there was no need for a wrist watch since everything nowadays has a built-in clock. But, while low end dollar store watches may not be selling, it seems that luxury watches, those in the neighborhood of hundreds of thousands of dollars are not susceptible to the advancements of technology or even hard economic times. In fact, luxury companies such as Rolex, Piaget and Patek Philippe are seeing a distinct increase in sales.

  

  Admittedly, if you think about the logic of purchasing luxury jewelry, it stands to reason that it might be more popular in poor economies. Not necessarily because customers have the disposable cash but because expensive watches, those for instance in the half a million dollar range have investment value. And many of the better-quality, high-end brands hold their value for years to come. Because of this ability to hold significant monetary value, there is always the temptation from unscrupulous dealers to copy and forge the brands. They also sell what are commonly known as “knock-offs”. As a result, it is important to purchase from verifiable dealers and read authenticity information direct from the official label’s website.

• TAG Heuer Launches New Collection “Grand CARRERA CALIBRE RS”
